For the crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 15 full crackers)
- Β½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ΒΌ cup granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
For the cheesecake layer:
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1Β½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
