👩🍳 Instructions:
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
- 🥣 Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy
- 🫗 Add oil, milk, and flavoring – mix well
- 🌾 Stir in flour and baking powder until smooth
- 🍏 Fold in the apple slices
- 🧁 Pour batter into a greased/floured cake pan
- ⏲️ Bake for 35–40 mins or until golden & a toothpick comes out clean
- ❄️ Cool and dust with powdered sugar if you like
