Homemade Ice Cream with Only 3 Ingredients
This easy and creamy ice cream recipe requires just three simple ingredients and no gelatin. It’s perfect for those craving a delicious homemade treat without the fuss of an ice cream maker.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 can (14 oz or 395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for added flavor)

Instructions
Step 1: Whip the Cream
- Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl.
- Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the cream on high speed until stiff peaks form. This will take about 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to overwhip, as it can turn into butter.
Step 2: Combine with Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream using a spatula. Use a folding motion to retain the airiness of the whipped cream.
