Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (buttermilk or flaky layers, 8 biscuits)
- 8 cubes mozzarella cheese (about 1-inch cubes)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Biscuits:
- Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate the dough into 8 pieces.
3. Add the Cheese Filling:
- Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers.
- Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.
4. Make the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic (or garlic powder), and Italian seasoning.
5. Coat the Cheese Bombs:
- Place the sealed cheese bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops generously with the garlic butter mixture.
