Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (buttermilk or flaky layers, 8 biscuits)
  • 8 cubes mozzarella cheese (about 1-inch cubes)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the Biscuits:

  • Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate the dough into 8 pieces.

3. Add the Cheese Filling:

  1. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers.
  2. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  3. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.

4. Make the Garlic Butter:

  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic (or garlic powder), and Italian seasoning.

5. Coat the Cheese Bombs:

  1. Place the sealed cheese bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Brush the tops generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each bomb.

6. Bake:

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

7. Garnish and Serve:

  • Remove from the oven and brush with any leftover garlic butter. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
