Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked and cooled white rice (preferably day-old)
- 1/2 lb (225 g) beef (thinly sliced or ground)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, or any combo you like)
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil (vegetable or canola)
- Salt and pepper to taste
