Ingredients

For the Stuffed Peppers:

  • 6 large sweet peppers (bell peppers or Hungarian wax peppers)
  • 500 g (1 lb) ground pork (or a mix of pork and beef)
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) uncooked rice
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp sweet Hungarian paprika
