- 6 large sweet peppers (bell peppers or Hungarian wax peppers)
- 500 g (1 lb) ground pork (or a mix of pork and beef)
- 100 g (1/2 cup) uncooked rice
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
