- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (flaky or buttermilk) π₯
- 8-10 cubes of mozzarella cheese π§ (or your favorite cheese)
- 4 tbsp butter, melted π§
- 2 cloves garlic, minced π§
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped πΏ (or 1 tsp dried)
- Β½ tsp Italian seasoning π
- Β½ tsp garlic powder (for extra garlic lovers!) π§

- ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese π§ (for topping, optional)

1οΈβ£ Prep the Biscuits & Cheese
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the Pillsbury biscuit can (pop! π) and separate the dough into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a cube of cheese in the center. π§
- Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal tightly. Make sure there are no gaps or the cheese will ooze out!
