🥄 Ingredients:
For the Dough:
🧈 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
🌾 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
🥚 2 large egg yolks
🍚 ½ cup powdered sugar
🍋 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, but adds amazing flavor!)
🥛 ½ cup sour cream
🍦 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🧂 ¼ teaspoon salt
For the Filling:
🌰 1 cup finely ground walnuts (or poppy seeds for a variation)
🍯 2 tablespoons honey
🍚 ¼ cup powdered sugar
🫧 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
🥛 ¼ cup warm milk
Optional: Use apricot jam or plum jam for a fruity filling! 🍑

Step 1: Make the Dough 🏆
