π Zest of 2 lemons
π ΒΌ cup (60ml) fresh lemon juice
πΏ 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Lemon Glaze:
π 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
π 2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
π Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Batter
1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch (23cm) loaf pan.
