Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add peanut butter and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each.
Stir in the heavy cream gently.
Pour filling over the cooled crust.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is set. Cool to room temp, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3️⃣ Prepare the Caramel Layer:

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt sugar, stirring until golden brown.
Add butter cubes, stirring until melted.
Slowly pour in heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
Spread caramel over chilled cheesecake and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4️⃣ Assemble the Topping:

Arrange banana slices on top of the cheesecake.
Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and drizzle with extra caramel sauce.
