
Instructions:
- Heat the oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic (if using) and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.

- Push the cabbage to one side of the pan and crack the eggs on the empty side.

- Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve warm.
