
🧁 Instructions:
- Mix the dry ingredients
In a microwave-safe mug or small bowl, whisk together:- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- Add the wet ingredients
Stir in:- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp vanilla
Mix until smooth.
- Add extras (optional)
Fold in chocolate chips, chopped nuts, cinnamon, or cocoa powder if you like! - Microwave
Microwave on high for 1 minute. If it’s not done (still wet on top), give it another 10–15 seconds. Do not overcook — it should be soft and fluffy. - Serve warm
Top with whipped cream, ice cream, a dusting of powdered sugar, or fruit if you like!
🍫 Flavor Ideas:
- Chocolate: Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder + chocolate chips
- Lemon: Add a splash of lemon juice + zest
- Banana: Add 1 tbsp mashed banana
- Cinnamon Roll: Add a sprinkle of cinnamon + a swirl of cream cheese icing
