Cake – 5 minutes


🧁 Instructions:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients
    In a microwave-safe mug or small bowl, whisk together:
    • 4 tbsp flour
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • ½ tsp baking powder
    • pinch of salt
  2. Add the wet ingredients
    Stir in:
    • 3 tbsp milk
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • ½ tsp vanilla
      Mix until smooth.
  3. Add extras (optional)
    Fold in chocolate chips, chopped nuts, cinnamon, or cocoa powder if you like!
  4. Microwave
    Microwave on high for 1 minute. If it’s not done (still wet on top), give it another 10–15 seconds. Do not overcook — it should be soft and fluffy.
  5. Serve warm
    Top with whipped cream, ice cream, a dusting of powdered sugar, or fruit if you like!

🍫 Flavor Ideas:

  • Chocolate: Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder + chocolate chips
  • Lemon: Add a splash of lemon juice + zest
  • Banana: Add 1 tbsp mashed banana
  • Cinnamon Roll: Add a sprinkle of cinnamon + a swirl of cream cheese icing
