Ingredients:

For the Provolone Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded provolone cheese (preferably sharp or aged)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
