Cheesy Bacon Potatoes with Herbs 🥔🧀🥓

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs (700g) baby potatoes (or medium potatoes, halved)
  • 1 cup (250ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 4–5 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives or parsley, chopped, for garnish
