Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (700g) baby potatoes (or medium potatoes, halved)
- 1 cup (250ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 4–5 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh chives or parsley, chopped, for garnish
