Instructions:

3. Sauté Onion:

4. Mix Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli, sautéed onion, 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom/chicken soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top (if using).
