- Repeat the layers: spaghetti squash, tomato sauce, ricotta/cottage cheese, and mozzarella.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Step 4: Bake the Casserole
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
