Chicken and Potato Bake


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking dish with butter or oil.

2️⃣ Season & Assemble

  • In a bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  • Spread the potatoes evenly in the baking dish.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a little paprika, then place them over the potatoes.

3️⃣ Add the Creamy Touch

  • Pour the heavy cream (or milk) over the chicken and potatoes.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over everything.

4️⃣ Bake to Perfection

  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, and bake uncovered for another 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbly.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
