Instructions

1. Roast the Broccoli

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for 20–25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until tender and slightly charred.

2. Cook the Tortellini

  • While the broccoli roasts, cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
