Easy Blender Dessert You’ll Make Twice a Week 🍮✨
A simple and delicious recipe that’s so good, you’ll want to make it all the time!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of milk (or your favorite plant-based milk)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar (or a natural sweetener like honey or agave syrup)
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend it all:
    • Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture is completely smooth.
  2. Prepare the pan:
    • Grease a medium baking dish (or pie dish) with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Bake it up:
    • Pour the blended mixture into the prepared dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool and enjoy:
    • Let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or chilled, as you prefer!
