ground beef pancake

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pancake Batter:
    • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the Beef Filling:
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
    • Add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are soft.
    • Season with paprika, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another minute. Set aside.
  3. Make the Pancakes:
    • Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it. Pour a ladleful of batter to form a medium-sized pancake. Cook for 2 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  4. Assemble the Dish:
    • Place a pancake on a plate, add a generous spoonful of the ground beef filling, and sprinkle some shredded cheese. Fold or roll it up.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm with sour cream or a dipping sauce of your choice.
