For the Dough:

  • 3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (100g) sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup (225g) butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup (60ml) white wine (or water)

For the Walnut Filling:

  • 1 ¼ cups (150g) ground walnuts
  • ½ cup (100g) sugar
  • ½ cup (120ml) milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
