🥮 Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 3 ½ cups (450g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (100g) unsalted butter, softened
  • ⅓ cup (75g) granulated sugar
  • 1 packet (7g) instant yeast
  • ½ cup (120ml) warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the Filling:

  • 1 ¼ cups (250g) ground walnuts
  • ½ cup (100g) sugar
  • 1 ½ cups (350g) apricot jam
