👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ In a large pot, boil the smoked ribs with water and bay leaf for about 30-40 minutes until tender. Remove the meat, shred it, and return it to the pot.

2️⃣ Sauté the onion in a separate pan until soft. Add garlic and paprika, stir quickly to avoid burning, then transfer to the soup.

3️⃣ Add potatoes and simmer until tender (about 15 minutes).

4️⃣ In a bowl, whisk the sour cream and flour together, then slowly add a ladle of hot soup to temper it. Pour the mixture back into the pot, stirring continuously.

5️⃣ Let the soup simmer for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and vinegar if desired.
