Ingredients
Meat Layer:
- 1 lb (450g) ground pork (or a mix of pork and beef)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp sweet Hungarian paprika
- ½ tsp caraway seeds (optional)
- 2 tbsp oil or lard

- 1 cup (200g) cooked rice
- 1½ cups (350g) sour cream
