Hungarian Palacsinta (crepes) ππΊ are thin, delicate pancakes that can be filled with sweet or savory fillings. They are similar to French crΓͺpes but have a slightly different texture due to the addition of sparkling water or club soda, making them extra light and tender.
These traditional Hungarian crepes are perfect for breakfast, dessert, or even as a main course with a savory filling! ππ₯
