🥕 Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots (sliced)
  • 2 cucumbers (sliced or whole if small)
  • 1 head of cauliflower (broken into florets)
  • 2 bell peppers (sliced)
  • 4-5 garlic cloves (whole or sliced)
  • 1-2 hot peppers (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups white vinegar (5% acidity)
  • 4 cups water
  • 2-3 bay leaves
  • Fresh dill (optional)
