Limoncello Mascarpone Cake – A Citrus Delight! 

Instructions:
1️⃣ Bake the Cake: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line cake pans. Mix dry ingredients, then cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Add lemon juice & zest, and gradually alternate adding dry ingredients with buttermilk. Bake for 22-25 minutes. Let cool.
2️⃣ Make the Limoncello Syrup: Heat Limoncello and sugar, stir until dissolved. Cool.
3️⃣ Prepare the Frosting: Beat mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
4️⃣ Assemble the Cake: Brush cooled cake layers with Limoncello syrup, spread mascarpone frosting between layers and on top.
5️⃣ Drizzle the Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and Limoncello. Drizzle over the cake.
6️⃣ Decorate: Garnish with lemon slices, fresh mint, and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
