Prepare the Frosting: Beat mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
Assemble the Cake: Brush cooled cake layers with Limoncello syrup, spread mascarpone frosting between layers and on top.
Drizzle the Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and Limoncello. Drizzle over the cake.
Decorate: Garnish with lemon slices, fresh mint, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
