Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Instructions:

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  3. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Cheeseburger Mixture

  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel. Chop into crumbles.
  2. In the same skillet (with bacon grease), cook the ground beef over medium-high heat. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Cook until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes), then drain excess grease.

Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and add cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
  3. Mix in cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and mustard, stirring until the cheese melts and forms a creamy sauce.

Step 4: Combine Everything

  1. Add the cooked pasta and ground beef mixture into the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Stir to coat everything evenly.
  2. Add in the crumbled bacon and mix well.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

  1. Top with extra shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, or chopped pickles for a cheeseburger-style finish.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy this creamy, cheesy, bacon-loaded pasta!
