Instructions

1. Prepare the Meat Mixture

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  2. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

2. Shape the Meat and Add Eggs

  1. On a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap, flatten the meat mixture into a rectangular shape (about ½ inch thick).
  2. Place the boiled eggs in a row along the center.
  3. Carefully roll the meat over the eggs, shaping it into a loaf. Press the edges to seal so the eggs stay inside.

3. Cook the Meatloaf

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet or baking dish. Place the meatloaf inside.
