One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles

1. Season & Sear the Chicken

  • Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.
  • Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

2. Make the Buttered Noodles

  • In the same skillet, melt 3 tbsp butter. Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add the uncooked noodles and stir to coat in butter.
  • Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer.
  • Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.

3. Finish & Serve

  • Slice or shred the chicken and add it back to the skillet.
  • Stir in parmesan and parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Let it sit a few minutes for everything to come together.
