1. Season & Sear the Chicken
- Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.
- Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. Make the Buttered Noodles
- In the same skillet, melt 3 tbsp butter. Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add the uncooked noodles and stir to coat in butter.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer.
- Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
3. Finish & Serve
- Slice or shred the chicken and add it back to the skillet.
- Stir in parmesan and parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Let it sit a few minutes for everything to come together.

- Add steamed broccoli or peas for a full meal.
- Swap the chicken with rotisserie or leftover roast turkey.
- Want creamy? Stir in ¼ cup sour cream or heavy cream at the end.
