- Line a baking dish or pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Mix the Cheese Base:

3. Create the Crispy Crust:
- Pour melted butter onto the bottom of the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the butter.
4. Add the Potatoes:
- Place the halved potatoes cut-side down onto the cheesy butter layer.
- Press gently so they stick.
5. Bake:
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden brown and crisp.
6. Cool & Flip:
- Let them sit for 5 minutes before gently lifting them with a spatula.
- Garnish with herbs if desired.
