Parmesan Baked Potatoes


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prep the Oven & Pan:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking dish or pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Mix the Cheese Base:

  • In a small bowl, combine the parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Create the Crispy Crust:

  • Pour melted butter onto the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the butter.

4. Add the Potatoes:

  • Place the halved potatoes cut-side down onto the cheesy butter layer.
  • Press gently so they stick.

5. Bake:

  • Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden brown and crisp.

6. Cool & Flip:

  • Let them sit for 5 minutes before gently lifting them with a spatula.
  • Garnish with herbs if desired.
