1. Prep the Ingredients:
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a casserole dish with olive oil or butter.
- Slice the potatoes thinly using a knife or mandoline. Set aside.
2. Cook the Chicken Meat Mixture:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the ground chicken, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.

- Cover with the remaining potato slices.
- Pour the heavy cream evenly over the top layer of potatoes and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake to Perfection:
- Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese, and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
