
Sauté the Sausage & Veggies
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned (about 4-5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add remaining butter, onion, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Add green beans and cook for 4-5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
Bring It All Together!
Return potatoes and sausage to the pan. Sprinkle with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Cook everything together for another 5 minutes, letting the flavors meld.
Drizzle with lemon juice and add red pepper flakes for an extra kick.
Serving & Storing
Serve warm as a standalone meal or with crusty bread.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezes well for up to 2 months—just reheat in a skillet or oven!
Variations:
Add bacon for extra smokiness!
Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving!
