Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:
- Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then layer the crumbs at the bottom of small serving glasses.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture on top and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Garnish with fresh fruit or fruit sauce before serving.
