Ingredients (For the Dough):
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
ΒΎ cup (180ml) lukewarm water
For the Filling (Apple version):
4-5 large apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced

1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter

Β½ cup breadcrumbs
(to absorb moisture)

Directions:
Make the Dough
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
Add the egg, oil, and lukewarm water and stir to form a dough.
Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
