
Directions:
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and line the bottom of a greased baking dish with one can of dough. Press the seams together to form a solid base.

Layer the fillings: Layer the chopped corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing on top of the dough.




Top with dough: Place the second can of crescent dough on top, sealing the edges. Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with caraway seeds (if using).


Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.


Serve and enjoy: Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve!
